-There will be a Q and A session with Dr. Mark Sinyor of the Frederick W. Thompson Centre/Sunnybrook Hospital, one of the few doctors in Canada who are paving the way with BFRB research and treatment.
-There will be a short presentation on the importance of self care and various methods of preparing yourself a support tool box to tackle the urge to pull or pick.
-We will hear from various members in the community about their BFRB journey
-Chance to take a look at various artists who also live with BFRB’s
-We will have various fidget items tried and tested by our BFRB family for purchase as well as BFRB awareness items
-Free refreshments and snacks
